Continuing to Improve the Safety and Convenience of Road Users, PT JTT Performs 2 Rigid Reconstructions of the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road

Bekasi (13/05) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) as the manager of the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road Section together with PT Jasamarga Tollroad Maintenance (JMTM) as the road maintenance service provider is back to carrying out 2 rigid reconstructions of the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road. This work is carried out to maintain the safety and comfort of users of the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road and to fulfill the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) of Toll Road Business Entities.

 

The details of the rigid work location are as follows:

 

1. West Karawang Interchange 1 Exit Karawang Kota lane 1 Section of the Jakarta - Cikampek Toll Road with a handling length of 80 meters which will be carried out on Friday (12/05) at 20.00 WIB to Tuesday (16/05) at 14.00 WIB.

 

2. KM 24+407 to KM 24+677 in the direction of Cikampek lane 1 Section of the Jakarta - Cikampek Toll Road with a handling length of 89.5 meters which will be carried out on Sunday (14/05) at 09.00 WIB to Wednesday (17/05) at 08.00 WIB.

 

Senior Manager Representative Office 1 PT JTT Amri Sanusi explained, "There is no closure as a result of this work, the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road section towards Jakarta and towards Cikampek are still operating normally," said Amri.

 

PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol has prepared risk mitigation including diverting the traffic flow affected before the work area, narrowing the work area, preparing contra flow if vehicle traffic conditions are heavy, and coordinating with the Highway Patrol Police (PJR) and PT Jasamarga Tollroad Operator (JMTO) in traffic settings.

 

To ensure that this information is well received by road users, PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol has also socialized the work plan by installing outdoor media in the form of work warning banners and Variable Message Sign (VMS) on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road section towards Jakarta and Cikampek.
